Ramon has always had a passion for helping seniors and creating meaningful experiences through food. He was drawn to Solera because its commitment to elevated living and resident‑centered care aligns with his belief that dining should bring comfort, joy, and connection to every day.

As Director of Culinary at Modena Cary by Solera Senior Living, Ramon oversees dining operations, menu development, and the leadership of his culinary team. What he enjoys most is crafting memorable meals that make residents feel cared for, while mentoring his team and helping them grow in their craft.

Creativity is the Solera core value that resonates most with Ramon. He loves bringing innovation into the kitchen—designing new menus, elevating presentation, and finding ways to make each dining experience feel personal and exciting for residents.

Ramon brings eight years of senior living culinary leadership and a strong background in luxury hospitality, including Food and Beverage roles in high‑end hotels. He studied at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School and earned his BBA, giving him both technical expertise and a strong foundation in hospitality management.

Outside of work, Ramon enjoys exploring different cuisines, experimenting with new flavors, and turning simple dishes into something special. He also loves watching movies, reading, and spending time with his two beloved dogs—Gage, a Schnauzer‑Terrier mix, and Presley, a playful Goldendoodle. His perfect vacation is spent exploring small towns, soaking in their culture, and discovering the local food traditions that make each place feel unforgettable.
