Kimberly Dahl, Director of Sales and Marketing
Kimberly’s love for senior living began with her grandmother, who was one of the most important people in her life. Their bond gave her a lasting appreciation for the wisdom, humor, and heart of older adults. It’s what continues to guide her today and why she feels so grateful to support families during such a meaningful time in their lives.
As Director of Sales and Marketing at Modena Cary by Solera Senior Living, Kimberly guides families through one of life’s most emotional transitions—moving from uncertainty to confidence as they choose the right community. Her role blends relationship‑building, strategic outreach, and empathy‑driven support. She loves helping seniors and their families envision a season of life filled with independence, connection, and possibility.
Commitment is the Solera core value that resonates most deeply with Kimberly. Raised with the belief of “God first, others second, myself last,” she approaches her work with a strong sense of purpose and a genuine desire to serve. That commitment shapes how she supports families, leads conversations, and builds trust throughout the decision‑making process.
Kimberly brings more than six years of senior living experience and over thirty years in medical and healthcare sales. Earlier in her career, she taught health education classes at Johns Hopkins Hospital, gaining valuable experience in communicating complex information with clarity and compassion. She has dedicated her professional life to educating, coaching, and mentoring others—helping people grow in confidence and navigate important choices with understanding and care. Kimberly holds a BS in Health Education from Towson University and is a Certified Health Educator.
Outside of work, Kimberly loves repurposing furniture, staging and designing spaces, and finding hidden treasures at thrift stores to bring back to life. Her guilty pleasure is taking her family to Disney—something she’ll happily mention more than once. She enjoys spending time outdoors, improving her home, and spoiling her two high‑maintenance dogs, Dabs and Goob. Raising three daughters and having her parents and extended family close by is one of her greatest gifts, and she now has the joy of loving and encouraging her twin baby granddaughters. She happily owns being one of those “dog people,” even if the dog‑and‑baby voice sneaks out before she can catch it.
